We currently only ship within the U.S.. Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. We ship UPS Ground from Chicago, Illinois. Items will be shipped directly from our warehouse.
Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
This delivery is only guaranteed provided that the address given is a correct, current and physical shipping address. We will not accept responsibility or issue a refund if the address given is incomplete or incorrect.
Shipping rates vary by gift box or item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Serious Gourmet is committed to what we sell. If you are less than 100% satisfied with anything you purchase you can send it back for a full refund or credit.
If you have received an item that you do not want, please return the unopened containers within 15 days of from the date which you received the item.
